1:1 Life Coaching

I help ambitious, overwhelmed women in their 30s redefine success and navigate the juggle of career, identity, and balance.

I do this by creating a supportive space where you can step back from the noise, reflect on what matters most, and find clarity in the choices ahead. My coaching style is warm, inclusive, and down-to-earth, like talking things through with someone who sees you, hears you, and has your back.

How it works

Every session is 1 hour, via zoom.

Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended. However, everyone’s coaching journey is different and I know how quickly our lives and responsibilities can change, so the frequency of your sessions can be tailored to your needs and budget, and we can always adapt as we work together to find the best option to suit you.

Pricing: £65 per hour, online via zoom.

An initial six-week commitment is recommended to provide the consistency needed to build a strong foundation for your life coaching journey and begin creating meaningful change.

FAQs

  • Life coaching is about having conversations with impact, providing the support, structure, and encouragement to help you move forward in the areas of life that matter to you, whether that’s work, relationships, confidence, balance, or something less easy to define.

We’ll work together to get clear on what you want, figure out what’s getting in the way, and set goals that feel realistic and meaningful. This is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you’re encouraged to show up as you are, stay connected to what’s important, and keep going, even when it’s messy or uncertain.

  • My clients are capable, thoughtful women who on the surface look like they’re managing it all, but inside, they feel stretched thin. They’re often balancing career ambitions with personal commitments, or feeling pulled between security and passion. They want to live with more intention, but aren’t sure how to make it happen.

    They might be:

    • Returning to work after having children, trying to find their footing again.

    • Juggling employment with a side hustle or self-employment.

    • Wondering how to bring back the freedom and spontaneity of their 20s into a life with more responsibility.

    • Going through shifts in friendships, weddings, or break-ups, navigating how life looks different when people the same age are at such different stages.

    • Asking big questions about what’s next, but struggling to find the headspace to answer them.

  • This one is hard to sum up and there are a lot of nuances between the two, I am currently training in Counselling and Psychotherapy, so it is a topic close to my heart.

Life Coaches will tell you that life coaching focuses on helping you move forward and create change in the present and future, while therapy often explores and heals past experiences to support emotional wellbeing.

Therapy comes in lots of different styles, to name a few: person centred, Transactional Analysis and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

A therapist will sit with you where you are, they won’t ask many questions, or try to move you forward, whereas as a coach, we are more goal orientated, whilst some sessions might not be goal driven, we are working towards something, be it change, clarity or living more in line with who we are.

  • Everyone’s coaching journey is different, but I recommend starting with a 6-week commitment so we have time to build trust, get clear on your goals, and begin making meaningful progress — from there, we’ll figure out what feels right for you.
