Hey, I’m Frankie.
I help ambitious, overwhelmed women in their 30s redefine success and navigate the juggle of career, identity, and balance.
My path here hasn’t been linear, it’s been full, messy, and shaped by curiosity, resilience, and reinvention. I’ve worn many hats: architect, yoga teacher, freelance copywriter, retail and hospitality worker, Etsy seller, and workshop host. I’ve lived in different cities, towns, and far-flung countries. I’ve worked for others, and for myself, sometimes as a side hustle, sometimes full-time. As a women in her 30’s I’ve faced the endless societal pressures on where we ‘should’ be by a certain age and what we ‘should’ want. I know what it means to start again, to trust your gut, to pivot, and to keep going when life gets hard.
This lived experience, combined with advanced life coach training, is what grounds my coaching. I don’t offer cookie-cutter advice. Instead, I hold space for meaningful conversations that help you tap into your own sense of choice, freedom, and direction. Whether you’re at a crossroads, navigating change, or just want to feel more you in your life, I’m here to help you reconnect to what really matters, and build from there.
My coaching style blends intuition with realism. It’s practical, grounded, and human. Expect deep questions, light moments, and honest support as you move toward a life that feels both aligned and achievable.
Five things for you to get to know me!
I was originally trained as an architect, whilst working in practice I made the choice to take a different path, going back to work in customer service, and training as a yoga teacher, over 10 years later here we are!
I live in North Leeds, but am originally from London, in fact I’ve lived all over and you may notice the twangs in my accent sometimes! From London - Newcastle - New Zealand - Leeds - Australia - Leamington Spa - Leeds, its been an adventure, with a lot more travelling inbetween.
My friends are like family to me, I love them, they span all different periods of my life, and quality time with friends is a non-negotiable for me.
I am a yoga teacher that doesn’t practise yoga everyday! Movement and wellbeing is really important to me, but it doesn’t look the same every day. Sometimes I read, sometimes yoga, sometimes a run, a podcast, some TV, I try to be intuitive to what my mind and body need each day.
I coach because I care. I believe no matter how many self help books we read or how self-reflective we are, something different happens in the Coach-Client relationship, holding that space to help clients lead happy, brave and authentic lives is an absolute privalege.
Core values I live and coach by:
Agency - You have more power than you think.
Freedom - You get to define success on your own terms.
Meaningful connection - We grow through relationship.
Fun - Joy isn’t extra. It’s essential.
