This Life Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between: Coach: Francesca Barbour, 3 Ravenscar Walk, LS8 4AT Client: (“Client”) 1. Services Provided The Coach agrees to provide life coaching services to the Client. Sessions will be conducted via Zoom and scheduled at mutually agreed times. 2. Fees and Payment The Client agrees to pay the Coach a fee of £0 per session. These sessions are pay as you feel, you can pay anywhere from £0-£65, depending on what you can afford. Payment are via bank transfer to: Francesca Barbour Account #: 84245542 Sort Code: 60-83-71 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session will incur the full session fee. Ideally, the Client will provide at least one week's notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions can be rescheduled with appropriate notice, subject to the Coach’s availability. 4. Term and Termination This Agreement is ongoing and may be terminated by either party with written notice. Any prepaid sessions not used due to termination will be refunded if more than 24 hours’ notice is given. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client’s consent, unless required by law. 6. Disclaimer Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. The Client enters into coaching with the understanding that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
